The purpose of the Purchasing Manual is to describe the policies and procedures used to obtain goods and services for Colorado State University. Additional training in specific areas may be required in order to fully utilize the University’s procurement systems. Focused training for a department or college staff is available from Procurement and Contracting Services (PCS) upon request by a Department Head, Director or Dean.
