POLICY STATEMENT

Facilities Management will designate those areas on campus where “turf grass” has been treated with broad leaf herbicide, as directed in guidelines outlined by the Colorado Department of Agriculture, Plant Industry Division 8 CCR 1203-2 Rules and Regulations Pertaining to the Administration and Enforcement of the Pesticide Applicators' Act.
