The Procurement Card (PCard) Program Handbook is issued by the Office of Procurement Services at Colorado State University to provide requirements and guidance for using the CSU PCard for small-dollar, point-of-sale transactions. PCard cardholders, reallocators, and approvers are required to be familiar with and follow the Handbook.
