Colorado State University has developed and implemented a process for the recruitment and selection of Faculty and Administrative Professional employees which furthers its land-grant mission and supports its goals of achieving excellence and diversity. The purpose of this manual is to provide assistance to those most directly involved in the search and screen activities, i.e. the equal opportunity coordinator, appointing authority, search committee chair, search committee members and the search support staff for the search process.
